Sean Robbins | Broker
Sean Robbins has over 10 years of experience in real estate finance and senior debt lending. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa at U.C.L.A with a major in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting/Public Policy. Sean used his financial acumen to help Comerica Bank expand their commercial and real estate lending divisions. Sean later joined GMAC-Cerberus Capital. At GMAC, Sean successfully helped fund over $100 Million in development and construction financing for public and private companies. Sean founded Blackhawk Capital over 5 years ago and has diligently helped grow the company to where it stands today. Sean holds a Real Estate Broker's License and is a CFA Candidate.
Christopher Knapp | Director
Christopher worked at Studley from 2003 to 2009 as a lead business development liaison and tenant consultant. He focused on representing office users in all aspects of their real estate needs, including financial modeling, space identification and negotiation. His objective was to enable corporations and clients to align their real estate portfolios with their business objectives by minimizing occupancy costs, hedging against future lease related risks, and maximizing operational efficiencies. At Blackhawk, he seeks to assist developers and buyers achieve the highest return possible on their investments by providing immediate access to the most competitive sources of real estate that the market has to offer. These include joint ventures, sponsor and preferred equity, and structured and mezzanine debt.
Robert Eng | Vice President
Robert graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology. He has over 17 years of experience in the residential real estate finance and business consulting industries. He has worked with various companies in the mortgage industry with positions in sales/marketing, management and operations. Before coming to Blackhawk Capital, Robert was a branch manager for large national mortgage bank and was responsible for opening a new retail branch office in San Francisco, California. He was intimately involved in creating the branch's business plan and all other facets leading to the successful opening of the new office. This included recruiting loan originators and staff, maintaining and building business relationships for the new branch. He had full accountability in the branch's day to day operations, mentoring employees and maintaining/growing the branch as well as his personal mortgage origination production. Most recently, Robert was a loan officer originating mortgages for a large national home builder, earning the ranking as Top Loan Officer for the 2007 Fiscal Year in the Western Region for Customer Service. He joined Blackhawk Capital full time in 2008 and is currently the Vice President.
Kristopher Monte | Marketing Manager
Kristopher Monte graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Economics and an emphasis in Finance. His focus at Blackhawk Capital Group is to implement strategic brand marketing and sales plans to drive new business. He has proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies and tactics based on insight from emerging trends, web analysis, and market research. His combined experience in real estate, sales and marketing make him a valuable addition to the team.
Alex Contreras | Senior Loan Officer
Alex is a leader in the residential lending industry with over 11 years of experience. His main goal is to provide customized financing to the needs of the client keeping in mind financial safety first. He has worked as a mortgage analyst, originator and a manager, overseeing teams of over 25 loan officers and hundreds of closed transactions. Alex found his passion for lending while helping individuals navigate through the complex financial aspect of residential real estate. Alex graduated from UCLA with a B. A. in Business/Economics and a minor in International Relations.
Manual Vasquez | Loan Officer & Agent
Manual Vasquez has over 7 years of real estate lending experience in the Southern California area. Manny worked as a real estate financial consultant with Grand Capital from 2001 to 2004, funding over $50 Million on the company's internal warehouse line. Manny has worked to help Blackhawk Capital gain market share and increase its customer base for the past 3 years. He also represents a myriad of buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions ranging from $300,000 - $1,000,000.
Corey Haina | Real Estate Agent
Corey Haina is a solid 10 year residential real estate industry veteran and has represented a large number of buyers and sellers in a wide array of real estate transactions. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Having a reputation for tenaciously protecting client’s interests, he is a hard-working family man with an unparalleled professional track record and high ethical standards. Mr. Haina has amassed hundreds of millions in career sales volume and has closed an innumerable amount of transactions.
